I have a PC runnning Windows XP Pro on a P4 2.53 processor. When my wife was surfing the other night the power went out due to a storm. Since then everytime she logs on a pop up windows occurs which read Error "Registry data not found" . If I log on as myself or as the owner I do not get this popup window..For the life of me I can't track this down. Does anybody have any idea where this might be emulating from..appreciate anyones suggestions, solutions and comments. Thanks.

Sounds like a program that's being loaded at Startup by that user. While the user is logged on,
Click Start, Run and enter MSCONFIG Go to the Startup tab. You can disable startup items there, one at a time, until you find the culprit.
