Registry boot up problems

I was installing a program when my computer suddenly restarted, it booted up half way before going to a blue screen for a split second and restarting again. this happenns over and over. I mangaged to take a picture of the blue screen before it dissapeared and it said:

STOP: c0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The registry cannot load the hive (file):
SystemRoot\System\Config\SOFTWARE
it's log or alernate.
it is corrupt, absent, or not writeable.

Beginning Dump of physical memory.....
