Registering/Unregistering dll

Hi All,

I'm running windows 95 and I can't seems to register/unregister any dll on my registry entry. When I used COM Explorer or using the command method to register the dll, I'm getting the following error message " Failed to load name.dll in order to register". Any advise as to why this is happening.
