Registering SQL server

I've installed SQL 7 and opened enterprise manager. I'm trying to register a new server. In the dialog box i WANT TO CONNECT USING.... windows NT account information or the SQL server login information that was assinged to me by the system administrator. The latter one is what I want to use but I can't find the login information stated.

Where can I find this info?

When I installed SQL 7 I used the system login. Do I need to change this for SQL Server login? How would I do this?

If you have not set up any logons the default would be SA with a blank password. You should change that ASAP.
