Dear All :

I have 2 users , using different languages ( Russian , Arabic )

How can I enable the softwares to work with the 2 users , knowing that :
Arabic needs :
1- Location to be Arabic(Saudi Arabia )
2- Default Language ( Arabic )

Russian needs :
1- Location to be Russia
2- Default Language ( Cicyllic )

How can I achive such solution !?
