In a spreadsheet, I have a query that retrieves data for the first 2 columns. The third column has data manually entered by a user. How can I associate the third column to columns 1 and 2 when refreshing the data? So, if the new data has fewer records then it will automatically delete it or move the cell location to line up with the first 2 refreshed columns.

Thank you.
Chuck

If the data in the 3rd column is a formula, select a cell in the query range and right click
Choose DataRange Properties and tick the Fill Down Formulas box
You can also look at the options for "If the number of rows changes...." in the same dialogue box Rgds
