Refresh frameset and individual frame/s

Can I refresh the frameset and the individual frames too , at the same time ? If so how ? I know how to code for and refreshing the frameset. But what do I code so that the frameset gets refreshed first and then frame IContent is refreshed or rather loads a specific page "myIContentspage.aspx")

that is the default order. a simple javacript function to refresh the frames ought to do it...

Known is handfull, Unknown is worldfull
