refresh every time!?!?!

Hello... Im creating some paychecks with cr6.... I plan on using a compiled version of my report with paradox to run the checks.... this all works fine... I would like the report to automaticly refresh the data every time... is this posible... for instance, I dont even want the option to use old data... im trying to eleminate oporator error (PEBCAK!!!).. there is no reason for my user to use old data and rerunn the payroll!

You won't have this option if you don't save data with the report. Use File - Report Options to eliminate the "Save Data" check mark and resave the report. Ken Hamady

We are distributing reports as crystal report itself.
The problem is we don't want the reciever to refresh the report. we want them to see the same data that was there at the time we distributed it.
how to suppress the refresh button or how to make the report read-only?
Saving data with report option also doesn't work.

We are doing this because when we distribute the report in html or word or any other way, the format of the report get's lost when they print it. that is why we are distributing as crystal report.
