Post your software version, one line psts just waste peoples time with having to ask you what you have and where.
What Crystal viewer are you using?
What icons are in the viewer?
If you use eportfolio or Infoview, and change the preferences to Active X, perhaps you'll see it.
Otherwise, please take the time to share basic technical information.

OK, so you'd prefer that I guess at which viewer you're using?
Under the preferences each user can change their viewer, try selecting the Active X.
May be that those users don't have permission to run the report. Try it with the admin account.
