refresh button for data???

Hi, I finally got my database to work thank you everyone....I have a question, I split my DB, so I have a FE, and FE, and it's being used by 6 people (FE). But we seem to have a problem seeing the updated data right away from one station to the other, is there like a refresh button that I can put, so it automatically refreshes the data and new data inputed into the db ??? Thank you

See and change the values of the advanced properties from 'tools' on the main menubar. use the help there if needed.
