Refresh and view BCA on Administrator

Ok, ok, I try again ...
I am on the WebI Administrator Tools (BroadcastAgent Manager) to check all Broadcast Agent and I cannot view all. I have the General Supervisor profile.
I don't know if I have a problem with the BOMAIN.key file ? And even if I refresh the Broadcast agent list with the administrator password, I just can check one Broascast Agent.
Is it more clear ??
