we get the error:

invallid/damaged vp7r.dll (or vp7t.dll)

when trying to run a refoxed foxpro (7.0) application.

is there anything known about any problems with windows 95?

Not too familiar with Refox, but has the VPr7.dll been registered on the PC? Mike Gagnon

No, I put the ReFox .dll's in the same directory as my application.

this returns no problems on windows 98/2000/XP or Novell.

the error I get is that the file is damaged or invalid

I'm not sure about Win95, but this page seems to suggest that VFP7.0 will not run on win95, but I cannot determine by that page whether they are refering to development or runtime.

Thanks, we thought it worked all the time under windows 95. but that was still our foxpro 6.0 application then.

My experience is that the runtime will run fine under Win 95. I've got users who are doing just that.

Thank you for confirming that, I thought it was possible. The problem might be related to Refox.
