reformatting incoming outlook mail (font..etc)

If i get a variety of emails in I want to change it to a set format.

In particular I want the emails to be rich text, which I got by using

.BodyFormat = olFormatRichText

However how do you set font and size?

Can anyone give me a hand with this>?
