I need to know what value to put into the find assistant to tell it to find a condition when the value in the main database, worker number field is equal to the value of the worker number field in a different database. The databases are joined. I just don't know what format to put into the value field to get it to point to the other database, worker number field.
Thanks!

Find assistant does not allow field-to-field comparisons in the basic find. Your best bet is to define a calculated type field and test the match there. Something like:

Match with formula = If(main.worker# = other.worker#,1,0)

Now you can test the value of Match = 1 if the two databases match.
