Not the perl kind (c'mon, you think I'm an amateur?)

I'm helping out a business with their website, and would like to outsource the graphic design to a responsible and talented freelancer. Pretty small job, just create an impressive page template (top-of-page-banner, down-left-side-nav, and footer-banner basically) and layout, based on a smart color scheme. Things I'm not good at.

Anyone have someone they've worked w/ in the past that would fit the bill?
