Reference Cursor, row limitation?

Is there a limit ot the number of rows that a reference cursor can return?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Ref Cursor returns no rows: it just gives you a handler. Thus you may fetch as many rows as you need (of course not more then the query returns :) )
