Hello

I would know if I can reduce the waiting time before my automatic operator get the call, because when a client call he hear 2 tones and then the automatic operator.

Depends on the type of trunks. If analog with Caller ID, system must wait for second ring in order to collect Caller ID info. If SIP, PRI or non CID analog, auto attend can be configured to answer immediately.

Thankyou mforrence, but do you know any option to change that or I have to change my commutator for a digital one?
