Reduce or Enlarge for Printing

I need to change my document from A4 portrait to A5 landscape, but in Print>Setup the Reduce or Enlarge option is greyed out (so I can't use it). What can I do? (Quark 4.1)

I have tried altering the name of the printer but that doesn't seem to help...

Sorry, I meant to say change your printer in the chooser.
If you don't have another one to choose from, select AdobePS.
see if that works...

Changing printers doesn't seem to help and Adobe PS is not an option as a printer (if that's what you mean). Thanks.

The description is "HP LaserJet 3300 on GWM-DATA". The printer is networked.

I downloaded the printer description hp LaserJet 3300 Series and it let me access the reduce/enlarge option also let me change paper sizes to A5.

So, Sorry can't help much.

Try printing to postscript using the acrobat distiller printer description then pdfing it then printing from Acrobat

My document is a full-colour catalogue. I think I must have set it up in such a way that it now won't let me change the size. Hmm, I wonder what I've done.
