Redirecting using an new window

Hello,
I'm trying to re-direct one page to another after x seconds and open a new window.
I can re-direct a page from one to another using the open new browser behaviour - on load. I can re-direct a page from one to another with a delay of x seconds, but I can't re-direct from one page to another with a delay of x seconds and open a new browser. Confused, me too!
Can anyone help.
