Redirecting folders with XP

I have a Win2k domain with XP workstation. When I try to redirect folders with the GPO policy snap-in it doesn't show Internet Explorer Maintence, Folder Redirectoin, scripts, and security settings. All it shows is remote installation services policy settings. Even on the Local Security policy on the machine that's all it show also. I'm wondering if you have to enable someting or "turn it on". Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance.
