I have a user-defined function that calculates fees. It was stored in the workbook, and in C:\program files\microsoft office\office\library.

I do not want to update both sources, so I deleted the module in the workbook.

The function does not look to the library. I get #Name? for each UDF formula.

How do I point the formula to the add-in stored on the C:\drive?

TIA

Have you connected the Add In? Tools/[Something and] Add-Ins (I have got the German version) then choose it out of the list. You have to connect certain Add-Ins every time you start Excel.

All the best
