Hi,

I would like to set up an a mailbox on our server for an external member of staff. Is there any way that you can redirect incoming mail from name@mycompany.com on our exchange to be forwarded to an external address?

The idea is that this person would get all of the internal mail and would have a company email address.

Cheers

Go to the rules wizard in the outlook client and put in a rule that forwards all mail to the external email address.

Another way to do this is to create a Custom Recipient with a smpt address and then set this up as an alternative recipient. Email will then be forwarded to this external address.

Mike
