Redirect DN

Hello,
Will the redirect DN patch work on a 4.0.04C NAM and MICS with 6.1 software? The NAM is directing callers to the (Using the dialpad enter the extension you would like to reach loop).Won't let callers get to Mailbox. When you first call a target line the AA answers instead of the mailbox for the extension.What is the procedure when installing the patch?

Patch won't help since your MICS is R6.1. The NAM needs to be upgraded to R4.1.

Thanks Brian,
Kind of thought that would be the case. I did one of those patch fixes on a NAM like 3 years ago,but I couldn't remember the software combo on it and the MICS. This customer was having problems with this NAM so instead of trying to upgrade it they went with a Call Pilot 100.Installed it yesterday.

FYI, the patch is needed when you have a MICS R5.0 and a NAM R4.0.
