redial does not work

IP phones 4621, 4610
ISDN trunks

When you make outgoing calls over PSTN trunks, and called party does not answer, telephone number does not appear in redial list on IP telephone.

In which way should I continue my investigation ?
Feature settings?
Software patch?
Software on IP telephones?
Dial plan / digit length?

In Trunk Group do you have Outgoing Display? set to N?

Hello Van Zenden,

Thanks! I changed Outgoing Display to Y, and redial is working now.

But this has generated another problem, when users call some telephone number it is not shown on the display any more, just "Public ISDN ARS" ....
