RedHat Users & Goups fails 2 load

Have been runing RedHat 8 for some time & figured I would try the Users & Groups GUI, but it fails to load. I am not sure if it ever worked, but would like it operational none the less. Have removed & reinstalled the RPM with no errors, but the app still does not launch.
Any ideas other than use the console?
