Red X in Outlook today

When I customize Outlook Today (office 2002), the graphics are not displayed properly. Instead of the proper graphics a red X is displayed. Where are the proper graphics located? Other users on the same computer do not have the same problem.

I have reinstalled/repaired the installation. Updated all the windows updates but still cannot fix the problem. Has anyone experienced this before?
