RED LIGHT ON 406V2 hELP

Hello all, I have a new 406v ip office and the unit has a red light on it. I my have failed during an upgrade?? I can not access it using manager. I can access it through th DTE port, however it does not go passed the loader screen.

You may want to use some thing other than hyper terminal too if your getting to many issues, hyper terminal can be a little temperamental.

Thanks for the responses. I have configured a bootp with the mac address.

with manager running and hyperterminal on,
i reboot
I get ---------

and on the manager screen on the bottom i get

all worked fine
upgraded all the way to 4.0.5
