Hi,
we have a customer with an IPO 406, software 4.1(9).
Slot A: Quad BRI Trunk Card
Slot B: Single E1 PRI Trunk Card
Clock Quality = Fallback on the 1st BRI port (used for a SIM box). The rest of the ports = unsuitable (ports are not used - also, they have different IDs)
The Clock Quality of the PRI = Network
CRC checking = off (we couldn't set up a communication when this option was on)
Line Signaling = CPE
Recently the System reboots often and the System Status Application showed some alarms...
Alarms:
cause: unknown termination -> <TLB Data> addr=00000a08 d=5 pc=ff55...........
Service Alarms:
8kHz clock changed. Last source was internal.
-> this service alarm occurred 30sec after the unknown terminatin / reboot. So I guess this means the system lost the clock signal from the PRI because of the reboot.
On the PRI I had on the same date/time a Red Alarm (los of synchro) and 7sec later a yellow alarm.
I'm thinking of changing the "Line Signaling" option as a test or checking the PRI itself because these problems didn't occur in the past.
Maybe somebody else has an idea what else I could do?
