Recycle Bin does not hold files 1

Hi to all,
My recycle Bin just does not hold any files.
It keeps empty no mather how many files I drop in it.

If you right click on recycle bin and select properties, is the 'Do not move files to the recycle bin. Remove files immediately when deleted' box checked? If so, uncheck it.
