Recreating Oracle on W2K

Hi all,

Does anybody know of issues between exporting (using oracle exp) on Oracle (v8.1.5 on HP-UX), transferring file across to W2K (in binary mode) and importing into an Oracle instance (v8.1.5 on W2K)?
