I am looking for information(documentation) that explains how to recover my Netbackup servers at an offsite DR provider, I will be rebuilding my servers with diffrent names(for tests), we don't use IDR tools or replication,

You should always name your new master the same name as it was in production. This stops you from having to fiddle around with reassigning media and other crap that can eat hours into your DR.

Run a "split" catalogue backup.
This can shave hours of a DR if you have a very large catalogue but on DR certain servers.

Sorry... if I could type I would be dangerous!!!!
The post should have said:

Run a "split" catalogue backup. See pages 158 - 161 of the Administrator's Guide (Netbackup 3.4 Unix Edition - not sure in NT and 4.5 or 5.0 versions).
This can shave hours of a DR if you have a very large catalogue but only DR certain servers.
