recovering delete files

if you have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the computer then only the catalog entry is gone, the file space has not been reused for other purposes, and Nortons can attempt to rebiuld the catalog entry, the more you have used since then the less chance you can find all the deisk sectors unused.
