I have been using the same form for 4 months without an issue. When the user opens the form, the records have been presented in ascending order based on the primary key which is an "auto-number" field. This has been happening by DEFAULT (no code used here).

Yesterday, this changed. Everything is still working BUT when the form first opens the records are presented in NO PARTICULAR ORDER. As you click the MS default arrows for "Next Record" they appear in no particular order.

Any ideas?

Simply add an ORDER BY clause in the SQL code of the underlaying query.

Hope This Helps, PH.
