Records from a MYSQL table in a Javascript dropdown menu?

Hi all,

Please forgive my ignorance...

I am wanting to integrate PHP with some of those cool javascript menu systems. Is it possible to have the menu items drwn from the DB? If so, how so? The only ones I have seen are hard-coded.

If anyone could help I would be most appreciative.

When looping to the records you can write them out in a <select> box with <option> tags.
