I have a completed database with forms, subforms and other objects. I have converted it to an MDE where many users can access the database simultaneously. Some forms have delete record queries attached to them where particular records on the subform are deleted when a command button is clicked.

The problem lies when the user is keying in data on a subform. At any time, the subform will display the words DELETED in each field for all the records currently in the subform. Thus, all the records in the subform would have been wiped out. Why is this happening? There are times when the database works fine and other times when wierd things happen.

Does anyone have an answer for this?
Please advise.

Thanks.

one explanation is thatuser a is looking at some data on his/her screen, user b deletes that data
