Recording VSF Prompts remotely

HI Guys,

Having some issues recording VSF prompts remotely.

I can dial into the the VSF, press my option to record VSF prompts.
and I get the please enter password option.

Seems nothing in auth code table works. Just comes back with "that number is invalid"

VSF is enabled on the attendent station
VSF feature usage is enabled
REMOTE VSF is enabled.

Anyone think of anything I"m missing?
This is an iPECS MFIM 100, by the way.

Try to enter station number + password instead of the password only.

 

[Thermus]

enter main attendant extn number and password.

If it doesn't have a password, set one in authcodes
