Recording/Transcribing Voice Mail

We are working with 3904 phones. A user would like to get a device that can be attached to the phone and used to record voice mails so that they can later transcribe messages from tapes.

Anyone have any suggestions?

best bet is to get that user a 3905, they have a built in monitor port that would work perfect for a recorder port

If you have Call Pilot and desktop messaging then you can drag the message to an personal folder in Outlook and store then however long you would like.

The next release will have voice forms like Mer Mail did.
