Recording solutions for Avaya PBX

Hello,

Just wondered if anyone has information on alternative recording solutions to AVR V10(avaya badged Verint solution) and NICE perform. For every NICE perfrom endpoint using DMCC we would have to pay for an Avaya DMCC license on the AES, a NICE DMCC license and an encryption license which is a very expensive model. For the AVR V10 you pay only for each DMCC endpoint you want to record and the encryption license. Avaya DMCC licenses are not needed for their solution, however CM5.2 is needed which means upgrading.
I am interested in knowing if any of you reading this have installed a similar platform to Verint/NICE Perfrom that can record ip endpoints(and have good redundancy) and is cheaper.

Check these guys out. I haven't implemented their technology, but I've seen the webinars and received the pricing. About half of Verint, industry standard hardware and some decent functionality.

Both look pretty good on the surface and both are also certified for the Proactive Contact dialer. Less $ than Verint for sure.
