I have a CDN queue that I would like to start recording, and put a warning message on front of it. Do I need to rebuild the current DN of 54924 as an SDN into a CallPilot application with just an announce and forward?

Here's the output of that CDN as it stands:

Code:

Correct build another CDN identical to this one with a new number. Then Make your current 54924 a phantom and DCFW or an ACD and NCFW to voicemail for your SDN.

Super. It looks like this DN is aquired by something? Is that correct? (SFNB, USFB, CALB values).

Or do I build it with these values?

You know what it is probably aquired by Contact Center. If this is the case you will need to log into CC and look at the CDN properties in the Congig section. You will need to build a new CDN with these properties.

Since the CDN is likely already acquired by CCM or Symposium then it might be better to add your disclaimer recording into the application script. But you may want to engage someone with more experience for this.

Thanks, I haven't actually looked yet to see where its acquired. The help is greatly appreciated!

If it is acquired by Contact Center, just put a RAN line at the start of the Master Script. This will cover all groups.

If there is no RAN available you can add at the top of the script
GIVE IVR XXXX with treatment XXXX
end if
