I need to find a RIM (Recorder Interface Mod)unit that will work with a 6416DM phone. I need to be able to record a conversation in progress. Does anyone know what specific RIM model number from AVAYA I need to use, or will any AVAYA RIM unit work? I have access to a M6500P which is used with the CallCenter units, but was told that I need a M1010E.
