Record selectors on continuous forms

I have a check box on a continuous form that allows me to select records that will go to a report.  The form is set to clear the check boxes when the form is closed but the record that is currently selected does not clear.  I think it has something to do with the properties set but I can't work it out.

It could be becasue that record is not actually saved yet.<br>A records changes are not committed until you leave the record. You are right, the record has not saved.&nbsp;&nbsp;The check box that does not clear is the selected record when the form is closed.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have used an update query that is run by a macro to achieve this.
