Record Selection

The database has orders for employees. I want to create a report that brings back employees only when they have a certain set of order condition. Ex. is John Doe should appear on the report when his order is cancelled and not cancelled.

Any ideas on how to format record selection...

Record Selection formula:

{condition} in ['not cancelled','cancelled']

or in the select expert:
{condition}
is one of
not cancelled
