Dear All,
I have a report in the following structure;

Order No. Route Route OTY Order QTY
9 PRE 5 10
9 BRIQ 5 10
1 PRE 8 8
3 BRIQ 9 9
6 PRE 2 15
6 BRIQ 13 15

I need to only show the orderl ines with Route of PRE where there are NO lines of BRIQ. E.g the reprot should be;

Order No. Route Route QTY Order QTY
9 BRIQ 5 10
1 PRE 8 8
3 BRIQ 9 9
6 BRIQ 13 15

Is this possible?

Thanks

You could insert a group on Order No, and then do one of two things:

1) Sort by the route field, ascending and then drag the detail fields into the group header and suppress the detaill section.

2) Go to report->selection formula->GROUP and enter:

{table.route} = minimum({table.route},{table.orderno})

If you want to summarize the quantities, you will need to use running totals.
