Hi everybody
I'm new on this site.
I have a question. I did some views from my Sql Server 7 database for a Crystal Report. In one of this views I need to create a column wich contains record number. I don't know how.Can anyone help me?
Thank you,
Madalina

A very easy way to do this would be to create an identity column that increments by 1, and then you can use this column as your record number.

Another way would be to maintain a counter in cursor.
