Record Locking

Hello,

I have a combo box on a form that looks up city, state, when a user selects a Zip code. I can change the zip a few time - until I finally get a runtime error -2147467259 (80004005).

The database has been placed in a state by user 'Admin' on machine 'MyComputer' that prevents it from being opened or locked.

How do I correct this issue?
