Hi,
I have a multi-user database that when a user tries to open a form, they get the message "Record is deleted". (a macro is used to open the form. The macro should go to new record when the form is opened). This is the first time that I have come across this error. What are the things that I should be looking for to resolve this?

Thank you for your help

Does the form's underlaying RecordSource contains all the primary keys ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

The form is tied to one table and the table's primary key is included in the report. (the allow additions/edits property is set to Yes as well)

Sorry, I meant the table's primary key is in the form (not the report)

For me, have all users logged out from the DB and then compact/repair it.

Thank you PHV - that seems to have done the trick. The users of the database (I just took over the maintenance of the database) have delete capability and were doing some "clean-up" so I think they deleted the record that the form was trying to pull up....
But it is resolved (for now), I may have to look for a long term solution!

Thanks for your help - here's a star
