Is there a product out that can record a phone conversation directly from a digital phone? I used a product like this for then NEAX 2400 but don’t remember the name. Any suggestions??

audix-record button on a digital will do it as well. But not really designed for full-time recording if that's what you're looking for. Envision Inc's FTR product is more designed for enterprise solutions...

You need to look at how many extns you want to record as nice is very expensive (but the best) this will give you an idea of what to look at for up to 40 extns.

Sorry,

I wasn't clear. I am looking for something to record at one extension. We don't need to invest in an enterprise solution at this time. The Call center supervisors monitor the agent’s call and we would like to record that for training. Just a one or two extension deal.

Are you needing records-on-demand, or random recordings?

For record-on-demand by the agent, take a look at Audix One-Step recording.

For random records, it's very low tech, but in the past, we've used Service Observe in conjuction with tape recorders.

If you want to spend $$, try device that plugin between your handset and phone, this is work for digital and analog phone set.
