Hi all.

When I do a service observe on an agent, we need to be able to record the call (legalities aside).

Our telephony company has given us a £10,000 quote, which doesn't include a Linux Red Hat server to store the recordings.

Can anyone suggest a cheaper alternative? (no microphone to headset please! lol)

We need to be able to service-observe around 5/6 agents at any given time.

Many Thanks in advance!!!

cheapest option - you could service observe from an analogue set onto tape using a basic tape recorder

For a latest proper call-recording solution your figure seems to be about ball-park
