Hi, I've searched all of the forums and I can't believe i couldn't find an answer to this....

What is the best method to record the auto attendants I've created in exchange 2007? I don't want to record them from a MIC connected to my computer. I would like to somehow call my phone and record it from there. I noticed in the user options, exchange can call your phone to record your greeting, but couldn't find anything about recording auto attendants.

please help.

Todd

I don't think there's a way to do what you want; the AA expects to see .wav files, but it won't help you get them.

I'd use a good-quality USB headset and a program like Audacity (a free audio editor). Why? That way you can edit the recording, change audio levels, and do other sweetening tricks to provide a more polished product.
