Recommended Training Course

I am currently using OTM to make all adds/moves/changes to my phones. As most of you know, it is not always very reliable. I do know some CLI that I have learned on my on (and from this site), but would really like to know more and have been looking into Global Knowledge for training. Is there a specific course (or training path) that anyone recommends to start with? I have a Meridian Option 61C.

I think you have to go with the familiarization course first before you take any other courses. then the move, adds, changes would be a good one. what direction are you looking to go in? basic maintenance, installing equipment, networking?

I would say basic maintenance (at least to start)

if it is still the same, you will need to take the familiarization course first.
there is a large system maintenance course. i couldnt tell you if there were any prerequisites before you can take it though.
i would look at the nortel networks or global knowledge site first. you can find all the courses available and if there are any prereq's that go with it.

The voice fundamentals course is a pre req for most of the Meridian courses:
